About the Event
The Immaculate Conception Annual Carnival is back from February 14th-16th, bringing in 5,000-10,000 guests for a weekend full of food, fun, and entertainment! Vendor spaces are now available, but spots are limited—secure yours before they’re gone.

🗓️ Dates & Hours:
Friday, Feb 14: 5 PM – 11 PM
Saturday, Feb 15: 12 PM – 11 PM
Sunday, Feb 16: 12 PM – 10 PM
🎪 Vendor Set-Up: Begins 2 hours before event start time.
Important Information:
Limited availability – vendors approved on a first-come, first-served basis (subject to event committee approval).
All artisans must sell handmade products (no wholesale or mass-produced items).
Vendors must bring their own tent, tables, and setup. Tents must be properly weighted.
All vendors must remain open during event hours—early breakdowns are not permitted.
This is a family-friendly event—prohibited items include knives, firearms, and anything deemed inappropriate by event organizers.
Vendors are responsible for their own equipment, trash removal, and electrical needs.
