Sunday, Dates:
1. November 17 - Full pig roast (50lb pig, any style)
2. January 19 - Brisket (any style)
3. April 6 - Ribs (St. Louis only) and a mystery meat (provided by TBF)
⁃ Can sell BBQ throughout the event.
⁃ There will be a rubric for judging.
